Online technical support for our products is
free but sometimes you want immediate assistance. You want to
speak with someone one on one so you can get immediate
feedback and get the result you want as fast as possible. For
this reason we are providing the following services:
Free Assistance
Offer - ExportWiz
If you purchase the
ExportWiz Professional Edition we'll call you (at our expense)
to assist you in creating the exact detailed reports you need.
We will provide up to one hour free
help over the phone made up
of up to 2 separate phone calls.
Additional
Assistance - ExportWiz
If you need additional
help we offer very reasonably priced one to one assistance.
For $99 US per 1/2 hour we
will provide assistance you over the phone. We call you so you
don't need to worry about phone charges or restrictions on dialling
international numbers. Minimum charge is 1/2 hour.
OR
Get us to develop your
reports
If you don't have time to
create your own reports in ExportWiz and don't want assistance
you can get us to and we'll send them to you -ready to go. For
around $74.50 US per half hour we will develop detailed reports
to suit you requirements. We can also quote you a fixed price.
