Create a CSV summary of data and export

When you choose to create a CSV file:

for each record (Lotus Notes document) you export a row is created in a CSV

A column is also created for each field / formula or special field value you export

The special fields %Attach_Names and %Extr_Att_Names can be used to access the original name of the attachments and the extracted name (on disk path) respectively

Multiple attachments in a record are delimited by the specified delimiter character specified in CSV options (a semi colon by default)

How is it licensed?

DetachIt is licensed per workstation. There is no limit to the amount of data or number of databases you can export.

Editions

The following editions are available:

• Standard Edition - all the basic features (extracts attachments)
• Premium Edition - license allow you to use the software on different workstations as long as you uninstall before transferring it to a new workstation. Supports Query, ALL and Formula, Password saving.
• Premium Plus Edition - Support rich text advanced for full HTML output and export of inline images.

How it works

DetachIt is simple to use. Once you have downloaded and installed it you:

• DetachIt reads the Lotus Notes databases files in read only mode
• Specify the selection method (view(s), folder(s) or query or all)
