for our products is provided for a 90 day period from the date of purchase. We generally respond
within 10 hours or less during business days not including local public
holidays or special company conference days (conference days in 2008 are the
9th, 10th and 11th of April where our office is closed) . Our preferred and
often fastest method of contact for support is via email (as our staff will
often attend email out of hours or while otherwise unable to answer calls).

Also as a pre-arranged service, we can arrange special on call support to help you through
critical periods.
