Free technical support for our products is provided for a 90 day period from the date of purchase. We generally respond within 10 hours or less during business days not including local public holidays or special company conference days (no conference days are booked for 2011 at this stage).
The preferred and usually fastest support is online or via email (as our staff will often attend email out of hours or while otherwise unable to answer calls). Customers may also receive premium level support when they purchase maintenance on selected products. Also as a pre-arranged service, we can arrange special on call support to help you through critical periods.
