Convert Lotus Notes to Outlook with XitNotes

The following known limitations apply:

• OLE objects (which are rarely used by most users) can not be extracted. OLE object are created from the Create - Object menu in Lotus Notes. All other files attached with the Attachment button or File - Attach are OK.

Support for Rich Text (see Advanced in XitNotes for settings)

• We only provide limited support for the Rich Text export functionality in XitNotes. We suggest you export in Plain Text mode unless your specifically need formatting (i.e. formatting, Embedded images, graphics, varied font sizes, Font colors, tables, etc). Rich text is exported using the native Lotus Notes RTF DLL (same as used in the Notes document Export menu).

If your mailbox is very large please check the maximum size allowed by Outlook for your version. Outlook 97 - 2002 mailboxes are restricted to just under 2GB. This is not an XitNotes restriction. XitNotes will export all data contained in the mailbox (nsf) until it reaches the Outlook limit. Outlook 2003 does not have this limitation. It is limited to 33TB (in theory).

There may be other product limitations we are not aware of. You should fully test this application in your environment before purchasing.
