In multiple mailbox mode, also known as unattended batch mode, XitNotes allows you to export multiple mailboxes and address books when you have the appropriate licenses. Multiple Mailbox Export is available from the from the Multi Database Export menu.

You select the mailboxes required and add them to a database export list box. Once you have selected all mailboxes and registered them for export you can export them in bulk. One click and the process starts and you can walk away. It will automatically create new personal folders, name them and log the export as required. For your convenience you can also export and modify this database list to a CSV file, edit names and other details in Excel and then re-import it.

It will export all text and attachments and recreate the same folder structure as you have in your Lotus Notes database to your Outlook mail box. You may export directly to Outlook (Inbox to Inbox) or choose to export to a subfolder (Inbox in a Subfolder e.g. MyOldLotusNotesStuffFolder\Inbox).
