In single mailbox mode (from the main screen) XitNotes will automatically locate your mail file from your settings. If you want to specify different mail file you can select any specific local or server based mail file for export. It finds your default Outlook profile and folder. You can also change to another or create a new Personal Folder.

It will export all text and attachments and recreate the same folder structure as you have in your Lotus Notes database to your Outlook mail box. You may export directly to Outlook (Inbox to Inbox) or choose to export to a subfolder (Inbox in a Subfolder e.g. MyOldLotusNotesStuffFolder\Inbox).

In single mailbox export mode it is very easy to export a users mailbox at a time. Please note a license is require for each unique users data converted.
