EddieExport will run on Windows 64 bit operating systems such as Vista x64 and Windows 7 x64 in 32 bit mode (as a 32 bit application). EddieExport needs to be 32 bit application to read Lotus Notes which only provides a 32 bit application interface.

There are 2 versions of Outlook 2010 available, a 32 bit version and a 64 bit version. By default if you have a 64 bit windows operating system and install Outlook 2010 then you probably have the Outlook 2010 64 bit version. You can however also install a 32 bit version of Outlook 2010 to a windows 64 bit operating system.

You can check the version bitness by choosing the File - Help menu in Outlook 2010.

Currently these is no direct support for exporting to Outlook 2010 64 bit. You need to run your export/migration from PC with Outlook 2010 32 bit. We are working on a solution to this but as Lotus Notes is still 32 bit a strait forward is not available yet.
