Export Lotus Notes mail files to Outlook. Text and attachments are transferred to Outlook or a selected folder. !!! Date time sent is not saved to outlook fields but saved to the message body. For received messages the From, CC and BCC field information is written to the body. This means you can not sort outlook views by the date received. It will not export calendar or to do lists in the original format. Other restrictions apply. Please be sure you test and are happy with the limited functionality before purchasing this product.
This product is intended for personal use and not mass migration. Microsoft has in the past supplied specific migration utilities with Microsoft Exchange. Please check with Microsoft or your Microsoft reseller for more information. It will not directly export to Outlook Express. You must have Lotus Notes and Outlook 2000 or above already installed before you can use this product. This product has the following limitations. It will not write sent information directly to sent fields. Instead it is written to the email body. Messages are transferred and saved in a draft type format. Rich Text is converted to text. Embedded objects, images and graphics are not transferred. This program uses OLE automation and is restricted by Outlook imposed security features.
