Licence error after name change

We are coming up with a licence error (since the notes naming convention has changed for the user it hasn't worked)

What do i have to do to reinstall the ExportWiz with out the error.

All you need to do is remove the old user from license administration which you access via the Actions menu - License Administration - Delete user. You will be prompted for the license key. Once done the next user to access ExportWiz becomes the new licensed user. The procedure is documented in the help available through the left hand side navigator help menu option in ExportWiz.
