When trying to view the report I receive a pop-up message that says: There is a problem with the following fields: [Output Template Name] - Missing. Please correct the problem before continuing. I am not sure what this refers to, any suggestions?

This is only an issue in old versions of the ExportWiz software. Download the latest copy to resolve this issue.

Why it happens: The Lite version will only allow you to write to a blank spreadsheet. Try creating a new report and selecting this option in the Wizard.
