Please enter the rich text library key message
I tried the mail export wiz. While trying it, I couldn't further when it asked for the following:
Please enter the rich text library key
Can you please guide me how to proceed with this?
The key is sent as part of the download confirmation message. Please check the message.
It should contain something like the following:
You will need to enter the following temporary license key (Expires Wed 10th Dec 2003)
PR-11-EFF5A090E9B15F61
Then follow the prompts to install the rich text add-on (trial version).
